How to request deletion

1. Email from the address associated with your app account, if possible.
2. Say that you want your Millwright Mastery account and associated personal data deleted. For a request about particular data only, describe which records you want removed.
3. We may ask for reasonable information to verify ownership. If you cannot access the original email address, explain that in your message so we can discuss verification. Never send your password, sign-in codes or full payment-card details.

If clicking the email button does not open your email app, copy the address above into your preferred email service. Do not post account details in the public feedback forum.

What happens next

Requests are reviewed and processed manually. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days after ownership is verified, unless applicable law requires an exception. Sending an email or using the in-app request button does not instantly delete your account. We contact you about verification, completion and any legally required retention.

What data is covered

• Your Millwright Mastery authentication account and profile, including account-linked email, name and profile-photo reference.
• Cloud study records: progress, quiz/test results, wrong-question identifiers, individual question attempts, streaks, plans and goals.
• Account-linked question reports, suggestions, access/entitlement records, promotional-code associations and app-controlled purchase records, subject only to applicable legal retention requirements.

Tell us if you also want identifiable website feedback posts or support correspondence removed. Public posts may not contain an account identifier, so include a post link or enough information to identify them. We may need to verify authorship.

Retention periods and exceptions

Ordinary app-controlled account and associated personal records are deleted within the same 30-day period after verification. We do not apply an additional routine post-deletion retention period to those records.

If a specific legal obligation requires us to retain a limited record, we retain only what that obligation requires for its required period. We tell you which categories remain, the reason and applicable retention period when responding. We do not claim a fixed legal retention period applies to every request. Statistics that no longer identify you may remain.

Google and platform-store transaction records are controlled by those providers and are not deleted by deleting your Millwright Mastery account. Provider backups/logs can persist for their normal retention cycles. See the privacy policy for storage and provider details.

Data on your devices and purchase access

To remove local saved flashcards, history, settings and downloads, clear the app’s storage on each device or uninstall it, subject to operating-system backups. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not request deletion of cloud data. Deleting your app account does not delete your Google account.

Account deletion can affect access to purchased content. It does not request a store refund; refunds are handled separately through the platform store.

You can also request in the app

When signed in, open Settings → Request account deletion → Send request. This joins the manual processing queue. Email remains available if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in.
